Aluminum foil and aluminum release film

Aluminum foil release film is used to release aluminum foil.

The melting point of aluminum alloy is 660°C. It has good stiffness and dimensional stability, and is suitable for use in ultra-high temperature lamination processes.

Currently, there are two types of release film materials on the market that can meet the requirements of high temperature 250 degrees and above. They are mainly polytetrafluoroethylene film (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and polyimide film (Polyimide Film). However, these two materials are not easy to recycle, and aluminum foil is difficult to recycle. The molded membrane has recycling value after use, and its cost is much lower than that of polytetrafluoroethylene and polyimide.
